The Sponsored Walk was an annual event orgnised by the Park Green Project to raise money to fund the Community Area for Butterwick

The Walk consists of two routes that Walkers can chose from. A 5 mile or a 2 mile route around the back roads of Butterwick and up to the outskirts of Butterwick/Freiston.*

The Walk starts from the Five Bells Pub in Butterwick and concludes there as well**. The walk is concluded by a BBQ with proceeds going to the Park Green Project.
